The main object is to create the much needed organic linkages and synergies between all of research, academia, technology institutes, business, industry, government and enterprise in a mutually reinforcing inclusive environment.
This will create freer flow of vital information, objectively gather needs, set goals, attract resources and funding to areas of interest toto each stakeholder, continuity until breakthrough, procure international cooperation, and facilitate commercialisation of resulting inventions.
