Whatever we do in our programs and ventures, we must factor in the fact that dishonesty has become very rampant in it society. Great effort and competence must go into preventing and controlling it. Otherwise everything will crumble due to it.

I remember in the poultry farm at BARC, workers were breaking eggs in thousands. They’ll discard the shells and gather the yolk and egg white in polytene bags and sell them to bakers. May God not allow you employ demons for workers. They’ll ruin your efforts and make your business to die. In one intervention program, we distributed farm inputs. The farmers planted grains, and sold the seeds, fertilizer & chemicals. The yield was so poor and they were thinking they’ll get insurance payout when GAP was not followed. What we require is a mass social change in how we view and see government.
