Is this 2001 to 2019 or 2009?
1. Why aren’t budgeted sums tied to specific pre budgeted projects and payments made only at verified stages of completion?
2. Why isn’t there a statutory minimum allocated to capital projects, and a maximum to admin overhead?
3. Why can’t stages of completion and expenditure so far be independently and publicly verifiable on a platform?
It’s all simply a conspiracy to steal.
We should set these goals for our projects.
